30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind our platform. All FloScale subscription plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Service within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, you can request a full refund of your subscription fee.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under our 30-day guarantee:

  • Email us at billing@floscale.ai within 30 days of your initial subscription payment
  • Include your account email address and the reason for your refund request
  • We will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days

Eligibility

The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to:

  • First-time subscribers on any plan (Starter, Growth, or Accelerate)
  • The initial subscription payment only

The guarantee does not apply to:

  • Renewal payments after the first billing cycle
  • Done For You (DFY) service fees, which are quoted and agreed separately
  • Additional add-on purchases or one-time fees
  • Accounts that have been terminated for violation of our Terms & Conditions

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:

  • Your access to the Service will continue until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period (except under the 30-day guarantee)
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, after which it may be permanently deleted

Done For You Services

Refund terms for Done For You (DFY) managed services are outlined in the individual service agreement provided at the time of engagement. DFY services are not covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee as they involve dedicated team resources and custom work.

Disputes

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged or have a billing dispute, please contact us at billing@floscale.ai. We will investigate and resolve the matter promptly. If we cannot resolve the dispute directly, you may pursue the matter through the applicable consumer protection channels in your jurisdiction.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Existing subscribers will be subject to the refund policy in effect at the time of their subscription.
